IMPACT OF EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION, WORK STRES AND JOB INVOLVEMENT ON WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT: AN EMPRICAL EVIDENCE
Abstract
In recent years, as a result of changing working
life, balancing work and family life has became a challenge for individuals.
Therefore, work-family conflict which have been observed to affect indivudials
family and work life have, became a very interesting research area. This study
examines the impact of job
involvement, emotional exhaustion and work stress on work-family
conflict on accountants in
Turkey, Denizli. For this purpose the data were collected from 176
acccountants and the data were evaluated by step-wise regression analysis. As a result of research a positive relationship between work
family-conflict and emotional exhaustion and work stres was determined. On
the other hand, a negative relationship between work family-conflict and job
involvement was detected.
