ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALLEŞME TAKTİKLERİNİN SOSYALLEŞME ÇIKTILARI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the impact of the organizational socialization on socialization tactics. Quantitive research method was used in the study and the survey data were collected by using questionnaire forms. According to the result of research, there is a significant relationship between organizational socialization tactics and socialization outputs. The findings suggest that the tactics effects person’ organizational commitment, job satisfaction, role conflict and role clarity at significant level. Especially, the tactics that reduce organizational uncertainty and support selfinvestiture have an important impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment

ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALLEŞME TAKTİKLERİNİN SOSYALLEŞME ÇIKTILARI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel sosyalleşme taktiklerinin sosyalleşme çıktıları üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre organizasyonel sosyalleşme taktikleri (kurumsal sosyalleşme taktikleri-bireysel sosyalleşme taktikleri) ile sosyalleşme çıktıları arasında anlamlı pozitif bir ilişki vardır. Araştırma sonuçları, her iki sosyalleşme taktiğininde (kurumsal ve bireysel sosyalleşme taktikleri), çalışanların organizasyona bağlılığını, iş doyumunu, rol çatışmasını, rol belirliliğini anlamlı düzeyde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Özellikle organizasyonel belirsizliği azaltan ve kendini geliştirmeye imkân veren taktiklerin iş doyumu ve örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde önemli bir etkisinin olduğu görülmektedir
