Authorship and Responsibility:

* Generative AI tools must never be listed as authors or co-authors under any circumstances.

* The content, accuracy, and originality of manuscripts are the sole responsibility of the authors.

* Using AI tools does not exempt authors from their scientific and ethical responsibilities.

Transparency and Declaration:

* Any use of AI tools in the preparation of a manuscript must be clearly disclosed.

* This disclosure should appear in the “Methods” or “Acknowledgements” section of the manuscript.

* The disclosure must include the following information:

* Full names of the AI tools used

* Version numbers

* How the tools were used

* Purpose of use

Permitted Areas of Use:

1. Language and Readability Improvements:

*AI may be used to improve grammar, spelling, punctuation, and text fluency.

*Such edits must not change the content of the manuscript, but only enhance readability.

2. Idea Development and Research Planning:

*AI tools may serve as supporting tools in developing research questions, generating ideas, and planning research.

*However, the conceptual foundation and methodological framework of the research must primarily reflect the author’s scientific perspective.

3. Coding and Data Analysis Assistance:

*AI tools may assist in generating code for data analysis.

*However, the accuracy and appropriateness of statistical analyses remain entirely the responsibility of the author.

4. Organization of Literature Reviews:

*AI may be used to organize and categorize existing literature.

*The depth and accuracy of the literature review remain the responsibility of the author.
