Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şenol ŞİRİN was born in OF/Trabzon. He graduated from License; Gazi University - Machine Education (2004-2008), MSc; Karabük University - Machine Education (2008-2012), Ph.D.; Düzce University, Mechanical Engineering (2016-2020). In his academic career, which he started at Düzce University in 2013, he also served as Assistant Director, Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Discipline Committee, and Community Academic Advisor. He held various positions in many industrial companies, such as Design/Manufacturing Expert, and Process and Tool Engineering. His current research interests are sustainable manufacturing, additive manufacturing, tribology, nanofluid, tool wear-mechanisms, coefficient of friction, minimum quantity lubrication, cryogenically treated, and cryogenic cooling. He was born in Istanbul in December 1991. He graduated from Düzce University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2015. He completed his master's degree in 2017 at Düzce University, Department of Computer Engineering with the study of Customer Churn Analysis. He completed his PhD thesis titled 'Development of a Hybrid Method for Sentiment Analysis in Social Networks' in 2023. Between 2016-2018, he worked in various projects at Düzce Teknopark (Unibim Bilişim) and Türk Telekom. Between February 2018 and November 2021, he worked as a lecturer at Doğuş University Vocational School. He also worked as a guest lecturer at Izmir Kavram Vocational School for a semester in 2019. In February 2022, he joined Istanbul Medeniyet University as a lecturer and as of February 2023, he continues to work as a Dr. lecturer at this institution. In these institutions, he taught undergraduate courses such as internet programming, mobile programming, object oriented programming and natural language processing. He also teaches data science applications, natural language processing, coding for data science and object oriented programming for data science at the graduate level in the Department of Biological Data Science at Istanbul Medeniyet University. His main research interests include Artificial Intelligence, web and mobile technologies.
