A Research Aimed at Determining The Mediating Eff ect of Intra-Organizational Dynamics in The Relationship Between Information Management and Innovation

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine whether “ intra-organizational dynamics” has mediatin geff ect in there lationshipbetweenknowledgemanagementandinnovation. In the framework of this purpose, the fi ve-star hotel enterprisesfunctioning in Turkey are included in this research. The method of there search is based on quantitative research method. In there search, the data is gatheredutilizing the surveytechnique in the extent of quantitativere searchmethod. Research data is gathered from upper level managers of hotel business enterprises mentione dearlier. The data is gathered from 321 hotel business enterprises in total. Research data is subjectedtoanalysiswith theaid of Structural Equations Modeling (Lisrel). In the conclusions of the research, it is determined that “intra-organizational dynamics ” has mediating eff ect in therelationship between knowledge managementan dinnovation
