Örgütsel İletişim ile İş Tatmini Unsurları Arasındaki İlişkiler: Kuramsal Bir İnceleme

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütlerde çalışanların iş tatminlerini etkilediği düşünülen iş tatmini boyutlarından yönetim politikası, çalışma arkadaşları, yönetici, işin niteliği ve ücret değişkenleri ile iletişim arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Çalışmada Bursa, Malatya ve Eskişehir’de faaliyet gösteren altı örgütte yapılan bir alan araştırmasına yer verilmiştir. Araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmış, ankete katılanlardan elde edilen verilerin SPSS 15.0 paket programı kullanılarak analizleri yapılmıştır. Bu analizlerde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda iletişim ile iş tatmini boyutlarından yönetim politikası, çalışma arkadaşları, yönetici, ücret ve işin niteliği boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur

The Relationship Between Organizational Communication and the Aspects of Job Satisfaction: A Theoretical Study

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the communication and the factors which effect the job satisfaction dimensions in organizations. These factors are management policy, colleagues, manager, the quality of work and salary. During this study, a field research was committed in six companies situated in Bursa, Malatya and Eskisehir. The questionnaire method was used in this study. The data obtained from the method has been analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software program. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance analysis and regression analysis have been used in this analysis. The result of this study reveals that there is a significant relationship between the communication and the job satisfaction dimensions such as: management policy, colleagues, managers, the quality of work and salary
