Denizli KOBİ’lerinde TKY Uygulamalarının Firma Performansına Etkilerinin Analizi

Abstract

Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) uygulamaları, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizdeki küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerde (KOBİ) her geçen gün yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Denizli’de tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerde TKY uygulamalarının müşteri memnuniyetine ve firma performansına olan etkileri incelendi. Çalışma kapsamında literatürdeki çalışmalardan yola çıkılarak TKY uygulamaları, müşteri memnuniyeti ve işletme performans arasındaki ilişki bir Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli ile tanımlandı. Bu modele uygun geliştirilen bir anket kullanılarak toplam 80 işletmeden veriler toplandı. Yapısal eşitlik modelinin doğrulanması ve ilişki katsayılarının hesaplanması için Kısmi En Küçük Kareler Yöntemini kullanıldı. Çalışma işletmelerdeki kritik TKY uygulamaları ve bunların işletme performansına etkileri hakkında önemli bilgiler sunmaktadır

Analysis of TQM Effects on Business Performance of SME’s in Denizli

Abstract

In recent years, there is an increasing interest in application of Total Quality Management practices in SME’s. In this study the effect of TQM practices on business performance of SME’s in Denizli is analysed. A structural equation model is built to analyse the relationship between TQM and business performance. The data, gathered from 80 textile manufacturer companies, are analysed using Partial Least Squares method
