The aim of this research is to determine the problems of teachers’ who work in foreign organisations of the Ministry of National Education. The qualitative research approach was adopted in the research. Phenomenology design was used. The study group was determined with criterion sample which is a kind of purposive sample. The study group of the research is consist of on teachers who work in foreign organisations. The datas of research were collected with interview technique through a semi-structured form. The data was examined by descriptive and content analysis. The problems of teachers were classified under five themes as problems of pre-mission, financial, health, social and educational. Teachers have expressed the perception of loneliness and financial problems as the most important issue. The problems of other themes were often seen as associated with these problems. Based on the research findings, Ministry of National Education should establish an organized structure that will provide social support to the harmony of the teachers. In addition, the increase of teachers' salaries and professional development opportunities and additional income-earning opportunities have been proposed.
