The author(s) who send an article to our journal are required to pay a fee - without the condition of acceptance/rejection - during article application. The author(s) are required to pay 4000 TRY (or its equivalent in euro/dollar) to be used as contribution to the costs of layout sofware, digital printing, typesetting procedures, introduction of the journal to international indexes etc. to start the evaluation process of the articles sent to the journal, No refund will be made to the author(s) of the articles that are not accepted (rejected) for publication at the end of the review process of the referees.
