The aim of this research is to compare to the teaching motivation and motivational stability levels of pre-service teacher and motivational stability levels to determine the demographic properties and to reveal the relationship between these two concepts. Relational scanning model, one of the general scanning models, was used in the research. The sample of the research consists of 150 pre-service physical education teachers studying at different universities. As a data collection tool, the Teaching Motivation Scale was developed by Kauffman, Yılmaz-Soylu and Duke (2011) and adapted to Turkish by Güzel-Candan and Evin-Gencel (2015), and The Motivational Stability were developed by Constantin, Holman and Hojbotă (2011), which was adapted into Turkish by Scale Sarıçam, Akın, Akın and İlbay (2013) was used. Teaching motivation and motivational stability levels are not a significant difference when gender, age and learning is examined in terms of university they see (p> .05) There is a significant difference between the reasons for preferring the pre-service physical education and sports teaching section (p <.05). When the relationship between teaching motivation and motivational stability is examined, there is a positive intermediate relationship (p <.05). Variables such as gender, age and university do not affect PPS teacher candidates' motivation to teach and maintaining motivational determination. The fact that they choose this profession willingly and willingly can be an indication that they will practice their profession with love.
