The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of firms' intellectualcapital on their financial performance. Intellectual capital refers to the sum of the skills and knowledge of the business personnel, the management style of the business, the strategies and policies of the business, and the relationship between them and the third parties other than the business partners. In the study, 2005-2020 data of 11 firms included in the Logistics index of Borsa Istanbul were used. Data are used in quarters. Return on assets and return on equity as dependent variables in the study; Value added, assetturnover, capital employed, human capital efficiency, structural capital efficiency, and intellectual value added coefficient were used as independent variables. Westerlund cointegration test, Panel Regression, AMG and CCE Mean Group estimators were used as a method. As a result of the analysis, in the model where ROA is the dependent variable, there is a cointegrated relationship between the variables in the long run, and the BSI variable is effective on the financial performances of the firms; In the model where ROE is the dependent variable, it was concluded that the BSE, BSE, YSE variables were effective on the financial performances of the firms.
