Contextual Analysis Methods of User Experience: Scenario, Task Mapping and Information Architecture

Abstract

The user experience methods developed for understanding the context of
the user and solving the objectives will be presented in this article. System
analysis and ladder abstraction are used to understand the problems at the
beginning of the process. After, the framework of the application is determined
with scenarios, task map and information architecture. The ordinary scenario is
a scenario approach in which the user is detached from the context. A robotic
site that does not predict different needs of people. When a contextual
scenario is considered, it is possible to construct a more sensitive site that
meets human needs. the task map and the information architecture that will be
generated on ordinary and contextual scenarios will be different from each
other

Abstract

Kullanıcının
bağlamının anlaşılması, senaryolaştırılması, amaçlarının çözülmesi için
geliştirilen kullanıcı deneyimi yöntemleri bu makalede örneklerle tanıtılacak.
Sürecin başında sorunları anlamak için sistem analizi ve soyutlama basamakları
kullanılır. Sonrasında senaryolaşma, görev haritası ve bilgi mimarisiyle
uygulamanın çatısı belirlenir. Sıradan senaryo, kullanıcının bağlamından
kopartılmış olduğu senaryo yaklaşımıdır. İnsanların farklı ihtiyaçları
gözetmeyen robotik bir site kurgulanabilir. Arayüz planlamasında hayattaki
olası bir senaryo üzerinde durulduğunda, insani ihtiyaçları karşılayan çok daha
duyarlı bir site kurgulamak mümkündür. Sıradan senaryo ile bağlamsal senaryo
durumlarında çıkarılan görev haritası ve bilgi mimarisiyle ortaya çıkacak internet
sitesi birbirinden oldukça farklı olacaktır.
