EVALUATION OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR'S LEVELS OF COMMUNICATION ROLES ACCORDING TO TEACHER'S VISION

Abstract

Conflicts within the organization, attrition and dialogue happens through communication. Health relationship between school, guardian parent and  students could be carried out via communication. Research universe  and  sampling of this study includes 310 preschool teachers, 230 school teachersworking in Çanakkale city respectively. Study data were collected with a 10 article scale  and the SPSS software were used in analysis of the data. As a result, according to the opinions of the participant teachers, the managers “mostly” demonstrate the role of communication. According to these opinions it can be stated that the managers make use of  scientifical communication methods,  were able to use verbal and non-verbal communication ways and established a healthy communication network within the school.
