Acil Veteriner Hekimliğinde Ultrasonografik Muayene Yöntemleri

Abstract

Bu derlemede travmada sonografi ile abdomen odaklı değerlendirme (AFAST), travmada sonografi ile toraks odaklı değerlendirme (TFAST) ve başucu akciğer ultrasonografik değerlendirme (VetBLUE) yöntemleri ele alınmıştır. Ultrasonografik muayeneyi gerçekleştirecek hekimin çok detaylı olmasa da belirli bir seviyede anatomi bilmesi ve kul-landığı cihazın modlarına hakim olması gerekmektedir. Bunun dışında muayene teknikleri için yaklaşık 3 ile 6 dakika gibi kısa bir zaman yeterli olmaktadır. Ultrason birçok yardımcı tanı aracının aksine non–invazif güvenli ve daha hızlı bir yöntemdir. Çoğu araştırmacı bunun üzerine giderek acil kliniklerinde ultrason kullanarak hayati önem arz eden vakalar-da hem hastanın zaman kaybını azaltmak, hem de hekimin daha kolay bir şekilde belirli hastalıkları elimine etmesini sağlayan birçok muayene tekniğinin geliştirilmesine yardımcı olmuştur.

Ultrasonographic Examination Methods in Emergency Veterinary Medicine

Abstract

In this review, abdominal focused assessment with sonography for trauma (AFAST), thorax focused as-sessment with sonography for trauma (TFAST) and bedside lung ultrasonographic examination (VetBLUE) methods in trauma are discussed. The physician who will perform the ultrasonographic examination should know a certain level of anatomy and be in control of the modes of the device. In addition, a short time of about 3 to 6 minutes is sufficient for these examination techniques. Unlike most diagnostic tools, ultrasound is a non - invasive, safer and faster method. Many investigators have increasingly assisted in the use of ultrasound in emergency clinics to reduce the time loss of patients in vital cases, as well as the development of several examination techniques that allow the physician to elimi-nate certain diseases more easily.
