Kırık Camlar Teorisi üzerine bibliyometrik analiz

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kırık Camlar Teorisi üzerine Web of Science veri tabanında yer alan yayınları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelemektir. Çalışmada Web of Science veri tabanında 506 yayın incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda verilerin analizinde Vosviewer programından yararlanılmıştır. Web of Science veri tabanında Kırık Camlar Teorisi ile ilgili ilk yayın 1982 yılında yayınlanmıştır. Yayın sayısının en yüksek olduğu yıl 2022’dir. Kırık Camlar Teorisi ile ilgili yayınların en çok olduğu ülke sırasıyla ABD, Çin, İngiltere, Almanya ve Kanada’dır. Kırık Camlar Teorisi ile ilgili Web of Science veri tabanında Türkiye’den 7 yayın bulunmaktadır. Kırık Camlar Teorisi ile ilgili yayınlar bilim dalları açısından incelendiğinde kriminoloji ceza bilimi 156 yayınla ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Kırık Camlar Teorisi ile ilgili yayın yapan yazarlar incelendiğinde, en çok yayın yapan yazarlar sıralasıyla David Weisburd, Joshua C. Hinkle ve Danial T. O’Brien’dır. Yayınlarda en çok kullanılan anahtar kelimeler Kırık Camlar Teorisi, düzensizlik, kırık camlar, grafiti, suç korkusu, suç, hasta güvenliği, mekânsal analiz, fiziksel kargaşa, nezaketsizlik ve önyargı algısıdır.

Bibliometric analysis on the Broken Windows Theory

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the publications on the Broken Windows Theory in the Web of Science database using the bibliometric analysis method. In the study, 506 publications were examined in the Web of Science database. In this context, the Vosviewer program was used in the analysis of the data. The first publication on the broken windows theory in the Web of Science database was published in 1982. The year with the highest number of publications is 2022. The countries with the highest number of publications on the broken windows theory are the USA, China, England, Germany and Canada, respectively. There are 7 publications from Turkey in the Web of Science database on the broken windows theory. When the publications on the Broken Windows Theory are examined in terms of scientific branches, criminology penology ranks first with 156 publications. When the authors who published on the Broken Windows Theory are examined, the most published authors are David Weisburd, Joshua C. Hinkle and Danial T. O’Brien, respectively.The most commonly used keywords in the publications are broken windows theory, disorder, broken windows, graffiti, fear of crime, crime, patient safety, spatial analysis, physical disorder, incivility and perception of prejudice.
