Paul Bourget’nin “Bir Aşk Cinayeti” Romanı Üzerine
Bir Mehmet Rauf İncelemesi
Rahim TARIM
Özet
Natüralizmin katı ve insan ruhunu ihmal eden yaklaşımına karşı psikolojik romanın temellerini atan Paul Bourget gerek edebî eserleri gerekse eleştirileriyle Fransa’da bir döneme imzasını atmış bir yazardır. İlk kez Recaizade Mahmut Ekrem’in dikkatiyle Türk edebiyatının gündemine gelen Bourget, sonrasında yenileşme dönemi Türk edebiyatında birçok yazarın ilgisini çekmiş ve bazı eserleri dilimize çevrilmiştir. Yazı, Servet-i Fünun romanının Halit Ziya’dan sonra ikinci ismi sayılan Mehmet Rauf’un Bourget’nin eserlerini ve özellikle büyük ölçüde etkisi altında kaldığı “Bir Cinayet-i Aşk” adlı romanı üzerine kaleme aldığı bir dizi yazısını ele almaktadır.
