EL DOKUMASI HALI ÜRETİMİNİN ERGONOMİK DEĞERLENDİRMESİ: ÇALIŞAN SAĞLIĞININ KORUNMASI

Öz

El
dokuması halı üretimi küçük ölçekli atölyelerde, genellikle kötü koşullarda
yapılan bir üretim faaliyeti olup, uzun süreli statik ve tekrarlı çalışmayı
gerektirir. Uygun olmayan vücut duruşu, tekrarlayan hareketler, kontak stres ve
uzun çalışma süresi gibi nedenlerle kas-iskelet bozukluklarının (KİSH) ortaya
çıkmasına neden olan yüksek riskli bir iştir. Geleneksel olarak tasarlanmış
tezgahlarda uygun olmayan duruş, tekrarlı ve saatler süren statik çalışmalar,
halı dokuyucularda kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarının artmasına, artrit,
karpal tünel sendromuna (KTS) ve el fonksiyonlarının azalmasına neden
olmaktadır. Türkiye’de, el dokuması halı üretimi, dokumada kullanılan
donanım-ekipman ve ortamdan kaynaklanan sağlık sorunları ve ergonomik tasarıma
yönelik doğrudan çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Birçok endüstride olduğu gibi el
dokuması halı endüstrisinde de karar vericiler ve çalışanlar ergonomi
uygulamalarının geliştirilmesinin, engellerin ortadan kaldırılmasında ve
endüstriyel verimliliğin artmasında yardımcı olabileceğinin çok farkında
değildir. Bu literatür çalışmasında halı dokuyucuların yüz yüze olduğu
ergonomik sorunlar, dünyada yapılan çalışmalar üzerinden irdelenmiş; yapılan
ergonomik çalışmalar doğrultusunda dokuma ve çalışma ortamından kaynaklanan
sağlık sorunlarının önlenebilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri ele alınmıştır.
