Abstract

Günümüzde bilimsel bilginin önemi giderek artmakta ve
sağlık bakım uygulamaları hızla değişmektedir. Bu değişim
ortamında hemşirelerin etkin ve istendik sonuçları yakalayabilmeleri ancak inovasyon sürecini hemşirelik hizmetlerine
entegre etmeleri ile mümkündür. İnovasyon sürecinin hem-
şirelik hizmetlerine entegre edilmesi bakım kalitesinin artmasına ve sağlık bakım maliyetlerinin azalmasına katkı
sağlamaktadır. Ülkemizde hemşirelikte inovasyon son zamanlarda hız kazanmış olup sınırlı sayıda inovatif çalışma
bulunmaktadır. Bu durum hemşirelikte inovatif uygulamaların gelişmeye gereksinimi olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu
derlemede hemşirelikte inovasyonun gerekliliğine ve önemine dikkat çekilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

INNOVATION IN NURSING

Abstract

Nowadays, the importance of scientific knowledge is increasing and health care practices are changing rapidly. In this
change environment, it is possible for nurses to effective and
desired outcomes only if they integrate the innovation process into nursing services. Integrating of the innovation
process into nursing services contributes to the improvement
of the quality of care and to the reduction of health care
costs. Innovation in nursing has recently gained speed in our
country and there are limited number of innovative studies.
This shows that innovative applications in nursing need
improvement. In this review, it is aimed to draw attention to
the necessity and importance of innovation in nursing.
