Tenis Eğitiminde Duvar Çalışmalarının Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, tenis eğitiminde duvar çalışmalarının etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma, Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören 24 erkek gönüllünün katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Duvar ve kort çalışması yapmak için denekler rastgele iki ayrı gruba ayrılarak 10 hafta süresince tenis eğitimi verildi. Çalışma sonrası deneklerin tenis öğrenim becerileri Uluslararası Tenis Numarası (UTN) ve Revize Dyer Duvar (RDD) testi ile tespit edildi. Verilerin analizlerinde, gruplar arası karşılaştırma için t testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda; UTN (duvar: 141.38±9.6, kort: 117.71±11.2) ve RDD (duvar: 61±12.4, kort: 49.16±8) testlerinde anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir (p˂0.05). Duvarda çalışan grup daha yüksek test skoru elde etmiştir. Bu sonuçlar iki antrenman yönteminin de tenis becerisinin arttırmak için kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Buna ek olarak, başlangıç seviyesinde eğitim verilirken tenis becerisinin daha fazla arttırmak için duvar antrenmanlarının tercih edilmesi önerilmektedir.
