Abstract
Çalışmada,
arkadaşlarının sosyal kaytarma yaptığını algılayan ve rolü belirsiz olan
çalışanların politik davranıp davranmadığı incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda rol
belirsizliği ile politik davranış ilişkisi ve bu ilişkide sosyal kaytarma
algısının aracılık rolü araştırılmıştır. Araştırma büyük ölçekli bir kamu
kurumunda çalışan 241 kişiden kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle toplanan verilerin
analiziyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişki yapısal eşitlik
modeli ile test edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda rol belirsizliğinin politik
davranışı anlamlı ve pozitif şekilde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca
sosyal kaytarma algısının rol belirsizliği ile politik davranış arasındaki
ilişkide tam aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın son
kısmında araştırma bulguları tartışılarak yönetici ve araştırmacılar için
önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
