ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET ALGISININ ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞINA ETKİSİNDE ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜNÜN ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel adalet algısının
örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisinde örgüt kültürünün bir etkisinin olup
olmadığını tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi kolayda örnekleme yöntemi
ile Balıkesir ilinin Erdek ve Marmara ilçelerinde sağlık müdürlüğüne bağlı
birimlerde çalışan 208 kişiden seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, anket
yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla, hiyerarşik
regresyon yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, örgütsel adalet
algısının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisinde örgüt kültürünün düzenleyici
etkisi tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda bulgular yorumlanmış ve
tartışılmıştır.
