Articles uploaded to the journal system with a request for publication are directed to the referee evaluation process after the eligibility review by the Editorial Board. In order to prevent multiple submissions of articles to different journals and to cover the expenses of the referees who will take part in the evaluation process such as expertise fee, layout, etc., authors are requested to transfer a process operation fee.

This fee is requested in accordance with the Inter-University Board (ÜAK) Associate Professorship Criteria "during the article application process -without the condition of acceptance/rejection".

The operation fee is not related to whether the manuscript will be published or not, but indicates that the evaluation will be carried out by referees who are experts in the field. According to the evaluation results of the referees, the authors of the articles that are not deemed appropriate for publication are refunded with a 50% deduction of the process operation fee.

The payment of the operation fee must be organised by the corresponding author.
