Dr. Turan received his B.A. from Ankara University Faculty of Educational Sciences in 1990 and Ph.D. from Ohio University from the School of Applied Behavioral Sciences and Educational Leadership in 1998. He joined Eskisehir Osmangazi University in 1998, where was a professor of educational leadership. He was past president of the International Society for Educational Planning (ISEP) and a past chair of the Division A (Administration, Organization and Leadership) Ad Hoc International Committee of the AERA. His primary professional interests are theory in leadership, educational policy, and sociology of technology and alternative perspectives in education. Dr. Turan is co-authored many book chapters and books. He is also on the editorial boards of many national and international journals. Dr. Turan has published widely in a variety of scholarly journals and presented papers at the annual meetings of AERA, ISEP, NCPEA and UCEA. Mr. Turan was past president of ECO Educational Institute (2012-2015) and the dean of College of Education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University (2012-2017). He joined Bursa Uludağ University in 2018, where is a professor of educational leadership and policy.

İbrahim Hakan Karataş, after his B.A. and M.A. in Turkish language and literature, earned his Ph.D. in educational leadership. Karatas is currently working as a professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University. His research interests include school administration, non-governmental organisations, and internationalization of higher education.

Prof. Dr. Mehmet Şükrü Bellibaş completed his undergraduate education in Educational Sciences at Istanbul University (2009) and his doctorate in Educational Administration at Michigan State University (2014). Bellibaş, who became an Associate Professor in 2017, became a Professor in the field of Educational Sciences in 2024. Prof. Bellibaş currently works for the University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. Prof. Bellibaş has more than 50 articles published in journals indexed in respected national and international directories. Prof. Bellibaş's research area is educational administration.

Ramesh Sharma, Ph.D., is currently teaching Instructional Design at Ambedkar University Delhi, India. Previously he has served as an Associate Professor of Educational Technology and Learning Resources in the Educational Technology Unit at Wawasan Open University, Malaysia; Visiting Professor at University of Fiji, Fiji; Commonwealth of Learning as Director of the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia, New Delhi; Indira Gandhi National Open University, India; and University of Guyana, Guyana, South America. He is the co-Editor of the 'Asian Journal of Distance Education'. In addition, he has been associated with peer reviewed journals as Reviewer, Editor and Editorial Advisory Board member in the field of Open and Distance Learning such as "Distance Education", " International Review of Research in Open and Distributed Learning (IRRODL)", "International Journal of Distance Education Technologies (IJDET)”, and “Indian Journal of Open Learning (IJOL)”.
