TOPLAM KALİTE YÖNETİMİNİN RADİKAL UNSURLARINDAN BİRİSİ OLARAK YALIN YÖNETİM

Abstract

Günümüzde, “yalın yönetim”, “yalın düşünce”, “yalın üretim”, “yalın organizasyon” ve “yalın girişim”, gibi konuların yönetim literatüründe çok sık bir şekilde kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Yalınlıkla ilgili bu kavramlara ilişkin olarak geliştirilen tanımlamaların ve yapılan araştırmaların bir kısmını derlemek amacıyla bu çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın “yalın yönetim” başlıklı birinci kısmı; “yalın yönetimin tanımı ve benzer kavramlarla ilişkisi, yalın yönetimin doğuşu ve gelişimi, ile yalın yönetimin uygulanması”, gibi alt başlıklardan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmı ise; “yalın yönetim ve yalınlıkla ilgili bazı araştırmaları” içermektedir
