Abstract
Bu çalışmada imalat sanayileri yatırım projeleri planlama ve yönetiminde yeni yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir. Bu yaklaşımlar; Proje Döngü Yönetimi, Proje Döngü Yönetiminde Bütünsel Yaklaşım, Proje Planlamasında Mantıksal Çerçeve yaklaşımlarıdır. Bu yaklaşımlarda imalat sektöründeki yatırım projeleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmekte ve her aşmada gerekli işlemler açıklanmaktadır. Proje planlama süreci ile ilgili proje döngü yönetimi farklı ülkeler ve uluslararası işletmeler tarafından kendilerine uyumlaştırılmakta ve geliştirilmektedir. Böylece yatırım projeleriyle ilgili karar alma süreçleri sistematikleştirilmektedir
