Abstract
The increasing economic, political and social relationship taking place in the world along with business activities has resulted in cross-cultural interactions. The ethic problems resulted from the operations of companies worldwide negatively affect the company activities. Not to be able to tackle and manage the ethical problems both harms the companies and lowers companies'values in the eye of public. The countries that have different ethical values and norms cause companies to experience various problems. There are several strategies to overcome these ethical problems. One of the strategies to overcome such problems is to create global ethical principles and implement them.
This study concentrates on global business ethic and investigates whether there is a global business ethic and explains the strategies to achieve global business ethic and evaluate them. The study also considers the critiques directed toward the global business ethic.

Öz
Dünyada yaşanan sıkı ekonomik, sosyal ve politik ilişkiler ve işletmelerin artan faaliyetleri kültürlerarası etkileşimi ciddi oranda artırmıştır. Özellikle işletmelerin küresel boyutlarda artan faaliyetleri ve bunlarla birlikte ortaya çıkan ve gelişen çeşitli etik sorunlar işletmelerin faaliyetlerini negatif anlamda etkilemektedir. Ortaya çıkan etik sorunlarla etkili mücadele edememe ve yönetememe, işletmelerin imajını zedelemekte ve halk nezdinde değerlerini düşürmektedir. Özellikle ülkelerin farklı etik değer ve normları işletmelerin farklı ülkelerdeki faaliyetlerinde sorunlar yaşamalarına neden olmaktadır. Bu etik sorunların üstesinden gelme noktasında çeşitli stratejiler mevcuttur. Bu stratejilerin en önemlilerinde bir tanesi küresel bağlamda etik prensipler oluşturmak ve uygulamaktır.
Bu çalışma, küresel iş etiği konusunu ele almaktadır. Çalışma küresel iş etiği prensiplerinin mümkün olup olmadığını irdelemekte, küresel iş etiği prensipleri oluşturma yolunda var olan stratejileri açıklamakta ve bunları değerlendirmektedir. Çalışma ayrıca küresel iş etiği prensiplerine yöneltilen eleştirileri de ortaya koymaktadır.
