THE ECONOMIC HISTORY AND EVOLUTION PROGRESS OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS

Abstract

This study assesses the basics of the process of locations' socio-economic development and in this process, the first formation of structuring of industrial clusters and the reasons for the Economics settlements Behavior (models-size) in terms of historical persfectivesperspectives. Even though, many researchers has have described the formation of regional economic settlement behavior according to a variety of perspectives throughout the history of economics, none of them get the bottom of the origins of the first models of the development of industrial clusters and has nothave not yet occurred created an important theory which systematically identifies and explains the process. In other words, many researchers remained insufficient to connect a definitive conclusion for the issue while assessing the different dimensions of the reason that caused economic growth in some regions and declining in the others. In this context, a comprehensive review of the literature was performed with a multi-disciplinary study which revealed that our modern era's structure of modern industrial clusters based on and developed together with Ahilik Type of socio-economic Organization and Production Model. The first formation of structured industrial clusters with the Ahilik type effectively implemented, successfully performed and played a major role in arranging economic life of people throughout the centuries.

ENDÜSTRİYEL KÜMELENMELERİN İKTİSADÎ TARİHİ VE GELİŞİM SÜRECİ

Abstract

Öz
Bu çalışma, mekânların sosyo-ekonomik gelişim sürecinin temellerini ve bu süreçte endüstriyel kümelenme yapılanmalarının ilk oluşumunu ve iktisadî yerleşme davranışlarının nedenlerini (modellerini- boyutlarını) tarihsel bakış açısı ile değerlendirmektedir. Ancak pek çok araştırmacı, bölgesel ekonomik yerleşme davranışlarının oluşumunu, iktisat tarihi boyunca çeşitli bakış açılarına göre tarif etmiş olmalarına rağmen, ilk endüstriyel kümelenme ve gelişme modellerinin kökenlerine inip, sistematik olarak tanımlayan ve izah eden önemli bir nazariye ortaya çıkmamıştır. Diğer bir ifade, birçok araştırmacı bazı bölgelerin iktisadî olarak büyümesine rağmen bazı bölgelerin gerilemesine sebep olan gerekçeleri farklı boyutlarıyla değerlendirirken, bu konuyu kesin bir sonuca bağlamakta yetersiz kalmışlardır. Bu bağlamda; kapsamlı bir literatür incelemesi yapılmış olup, çok disiplinli bir çalışma ile çağımızın modern endüstriyel kümelenmelerin yapılanma nüvelerinin Ahilik Tipi Sosyo-ekonomik Teşkilatlanma ve Üretim Modeli ile birlikte atıldığı ve geliştirildiği ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Ahilik Modeli ile oluşturulan ilk endüstriyel kümelenme yapılanmaları yüzyıllar boyunca etkin bir şekilde uygulanmış ve insanların iktisadî hayatının tanziminde büyük rol oynamıştır.
