I - İn this study we made ivestigation for the enterobacteria
of the eggs sold in Ankara market. The results were shown
in the tab le. ( 1)
2 - 500 eggs were examined for the enterobacteria content.
3 - İn our experiment we have found that 7 eggs contained
E. coli which is l.S % of the total. 2 eggs contoined proteus
mirabilis which is 0.4 % of the total. 2 eggs contained Shigella
shiga which is 0.4 % of the total. 1 eggs contained klepsiella
which is 0.1 % of the total.
4 - According to the results of this research we have seen
that poulter, er did not keep the eggs under the hygienic condition
and the poultry business was not carried on against hygienic rule.
Ankara piyasasında satılan ve yakın köylerden temin edilen
500 adet tavuk yumurtasının Enterobakteriler yönünden yapılan
muayenesinde 7 adet yumurtada E. Coli tesbit edilmiş olup mevcudu
% 1,5 nu, 2 adet yumurtada Proteus Mirabilis tesbit edilmiş
ınevcudun % 0.4 ünü, 2 adet yumurtada Shigella Shiga tesbit edilmiş
mevcudun % 0,4 ünü, 1 yumurtada klepsiella tesbit edilmiş
mevcudun % 0.1 ini teşkil etmektedir. Araştırma neticesine göre
tavukçuluğun hijyenik kaideler dışında yapıldığı ve yumurtaların
uygun hijyenik şartlar altında muhafaza edilmedikleri kanaatını
vermiştir.
