Abstract

Atatürk Üniversitesi çiftliğinde yetiştirilen saf ve melez koyunların Transferrin gen yapıları belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada 5 eş gen tarafından yönetilern 4'ü homozigot, 10'u heterozigot olmak üzere toplam 14 Tf genotipi gözlenmiştir. Hesaplanan gen frekansları yardımıyla beklenen değerlerin tahmini yapılmış ve her iki değerler arasındaki farkların X2 metodu ile Hardy-Weinberg kuralına uygunluğu kıyaslanmıştır............................................................................................................................................................................................................

THE STRUCTURE OF GENETIC ABOUT TRANSFERRIN POLYMORPHISM OF SHEEP FLOCKS AT ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The structre of Transferrin genes in purbreed and crossbreed ewes of Atatürk University were determined. In this research 14 phenotypes which is 4 homozygous, 10 heterozygous were found.
