Ankara Yöresindeki Kamu ve Özel Kurumlarda Bulunan Süt İneklerinden Alınan Sütlerdeki Somatik Hücre Sayısında Fossomatik Uygulamasının Önemi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kamu ve özel sektöre ait işletmelerde bulunan süt ineklerinden
alınan toplam 9707 süt örneği Fossomatikle yapılan somatik hücre sayımiarına
göre 500 .000'den çok somatik hücre/ml içeren süt örneği sayısının 2749 olduğu
saptanmış ve 6958 süt örneğinin ise 500.000'den az somatik hücre
bulundurduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Buna göre problemli olarak kabul edilen ve
mastitis yönünden önem taşıyan 500.000 somatik hücre/ml bulunan 2749 süt
örneği bakteriyolajik muyeneye tabi tutulmuş ve 2641 örnekten bakteri
izolasyonu yapılmış ve 108 örnekte üreme olmadığı görülmüştür. Dolayısıyle
Fossomatik sonuçları ile bakteriyolajik yoklama sonuçları arasında çok yakın
korelasyon bulunduğu anlaşılmıştır.
Bakteriyolajik muayeneye tabi tutulan 2749 süt örneğinden 452
Staph.aureus (%22.8), 296 Staph .epidermidis (%14.9), 136 Streptococcus
spp.(%6.8), 184 Corynebacterium spp.(9.2), 76 Coliform spp.(%3.8), 19
Pseudomonas spp. (% 0.9) ve 645 miks patojenik etkenler (% 32.5) ve 64
kentaminasyon (% 3.2) saptanmıştır. Diğer izole edilen etkenierin anbiyotik
duyarlılıkla rı tespit edilerek problemli ünitelerdeki inekler gerekse laktasyon
döneminde sağaltılmış ve olumlu sonuçlar alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak Fossomatik
uygulamasının mastitisin kontrolünde önemli bir yeri olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.

The importance of Fossematic application in somatic cell counts of m ilk samples from dairy cattle found in official and private plants in Ankara Province

Abstract

In this study, a total of 9707 milk samples were obtanied from dairy cattle
fo und in offıcal and private plants and the ir somatik ce ll counts w ere detemined
by using Fossomatik apparatus. among 2749 milk samples that containet 500
x 10 2' or more somatik cells/ml, it w as revealed that 2641 samples yieldet
bacterial growth From these m ilk samples Staph.aureus, Streptococcus spp.,
Corynebacterium spp; Coliforms, Pseudomonas spp, Staph. epidermidis w ere
isolated. Antibiyotic susceptibility tests ofthese isolates were performed , effective
these positive m ilk samples obtained, w ere treated . On the other hand,
according to the somatik cell counts, lactation orders and raw desingnes of
the animals were reevaluated.
