Civciv Tracheal Organ Kültürlerinde Mycoplasma Gallisepticum' un Etkisi Üzerine Histopatolojik İncelemeler

Year 1996, Volume: 8 Issue: 4, 29 - 36, 01.12.1996

Abstract

Civciv tracheal organ kültürlerinde iki mycoplasma gallisepticum saha

Histopathological Investigations On Effect Of Mycoplasma Gallisepticum In Chcken Tracheal Organ Cultures

Year 1996, Volume: 8 Issue: 4, 29 - 36, 01.12.1996

Abstract

The cytopathogenicity oftwo Mycoplasma gallisepticum field strains were
investigated in chicken tracheal organ cultures. Tracheal organ cultures were
prepared from one-day old SPF chick. Time of cilia-stopping effect of the strains
were paraUel to that of reference strain. In histopatohological investigation,
marked los s of cilia, fiattening of lanıina epithelialis, vacuolisation, pyknosis and
desquamation of efıthelial cells were observed.
