Türkiye'de Üretilen veya İthal Edilen Yem ve Yem Hammaddelerinin Pestisid Artıklarıyla Kirlenme Durumu Üzerinde Araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1993-1995 yılları arasında temin edilen 1200 yem ve yem
hammaddesi pestisid kalıntısı yönünden analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara
göre, örneklerin 4'ünde (%0.33) pestisid kirliliğine rastlanmıştır. Pestisid kirliliği
belirlenen I soya küspesinde 20 ppm karbofenotiyon, 1 damızlık civciv yeminde
80 ppm malatiyon, 1 etlik piliç yeminde 20 ppm malatiyon ve 1 etlik piliç yeminde
de 2 ppm aldikarb tesbit edilmiştir.
Malatiyon ·içeren yemler hariç, karbofenotiyon ve aldikarb içeren yem
maddeleri hayvanlar tarafından sürekli tüketildiğinde ciddi zehirlenmelere sebep
olabilecek boyutlarda kirlendiği görülmüştür.

Investigation Of Pesticides Residues in Feed and Feedstuff Samples Produced in Turkey and Imported

Abstract

In this study, 1200 samples of feed and feedstuffs which were obtained
during the 3-year study period 1993-1995, were analyzed for pesticide residues.
According to results obtained in this study, four violations (0.33 %) were.identified
among samples analyzed. The levels of pesticides violations determined
in samples as fallow: 20 ppm carbophenothion in one soybean meal, 80 ppm
malathion in one parent stock feed, 20 ppm in one broiler feed, and 2 ppm
aldicarb in one broiler feed .Samples containing carbophenothion and aldicarb, except samples containing
malation, could be caused a serious poisoning when continuous uptake these
feeds by animals.
