HAVAYOLU YOLCU TAŞIMACILIĞI SEKTÖRÜNDE ALGILANAN STRES VE İŞLE BÜTÜNLEŞME ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İŞTEN AYRILMA KARARINA ETKİSİ THE EFFECT OF RELATION BETWEEN PERCEIVED STRESS AND WORK ENGAGEMENT ON DECISION TO LEAVE THE JOB IN AIRLINE PASSENGER TRANSPORT INDUSTRY

Year 2019, Volume: 3 Issue: 1, 59 - 69, 27.03.2019

Abstract

(2003) tarafından geliştirilen UWES - Utrecht Work Engagement Global Scale,
boyuttan meydana gelmektedir. Algılanan stresin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki
etkisine yönelik yapılan stepwise regresyon analizi sonucunda stres ve kontrol
faktörlerinin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkisi bulunduğu, işle
bütünleşmenin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisine ilişkin gerçekleştirilen
stepwise regresyon analizi neticesinde ise adanma-yoğunlaşma faktörünün işten
ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkisi bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda elde
edilen sonuçlar ile literatürde yer alan çalışmalar birbirini destekler
niteliktedir.
