Bu
araştırmanın amacı etkileşimli tahta kullanma açısından öğretmenlerin
yeterliliklerini cinsiyet, kıdem ve etkileşimli tahta kullanma saati
değişkenlerine göre genel yeterlilikler ve alt boyutları bağlamında
incelemektir. Araştırma tarama modelinde tasarlanmıştır.
Araştırmanın
örneklemi 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında Elazığ ili Merkez ilçede resmi
ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan 490 (289 erkek, 201 kadın) öğretmenden oluşmaktadır.
Çalışmada ölçme aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 6 boyut ve
28 maddeden oluşan “Etkileşimli Tahta Kullanmada Öğretmen Yeterlilikleri Ölçeği”
kullanılmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the
general competencies and sub-dimensions in terms of interacting with the
intended teachers according to gender, seniority, and interactive timetable
variables. This study was designed with descriptive models. The sample was
selected by using appropriate sampling of non- random sampling method. The
sample of this study consists of 490 (289 male, 201 female) teachers working at
secondary school located in the Centre of Elazığ in the academic year of
2014-2015. Data was collected through Teacher’s Competencies about Using
Interactive Whiteboard Scale -6 dimensions and 28 items- developed by
researchers. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA.
According to the findings, the teacher’ scores about
all of dimensions and general competencies has been found no statistical
significant according to variable of gender. There was no statistically
significant in dimensions of B1, B2, B4, B6 and general competencies according
to variable of seniority. But, there was statistically significant in B3 and B5
dimensions according to variable of seniority. The teacher’ scores about all of
dimensions and general competencies has been found statistical significant
according to variable of Interactive timetable. When looking at the average, it
was seen that the teachers opinions reported on the "most" competence
level in general competencies and dimensions.
