Entrepreneurship is a crucial concept that affects the individual and professional development of employees. One of the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial tendencies of employees is their demographic characteristics. In this study, the effects of demographic characteristics of health sector employees on their perceptions of entrepreneurship and their entrepreneurial tendencies are examined. The survey method, a quantitative research method, is used in the collection of the data. The universe of the study consists of healthcare professionals employed at Ağrı Eleşkirt State Hospital. The research data were evaluated using SPSS 25.0 software, and Cronbach's alpha, exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA test were applied to the data. Results of the research indicate that the perceptions of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial tendencies of health sector employees are at a high level, and their demographic characteristics, such as gender, age, marital status, parental education level, parental profession, and presence of entrepreneur relatives, have a significant effect on their perceptions of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial tendencies.
