ZERDÜŞT’ÜN İKİLEMİ VE AHLAKSALLIĞIN SOMUTLAŞMASI
Öz
John Rawls hem A Theory of Justice’da hem de Political Liberalism’de (1971, 1993), adaletin toplumun temel yapısı bakımından gerekli kıldıklarının bireysel ahlakî eyleyenler bakımından gerekli kıldıklarından özsel olarak farklı olduğunu savunur. Temel yapı, bir toplumun başlıca toplumsal, siyasi ve ekonomik kurumlarını içerir; Rawls temel yapının içine yalnızca polis teşkilatı ya da vergi daireleri gibi devlete ait kurumları değil, kiliseler ve üniversiteler gibi başlıca sivil kurumları da katar.
