ÖRGÜTSEL İNOVASYONUN ÜRÜN İNOVASYONU ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNDE ÜRETİM ESNEKLİK VE ÇEVİKLİĞİNİN ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada inovasyona örgütsel desteğin ürün inovasyon kapasitesi üzerindeki etkisinde üretim esnekliği ve çevikliğinin aracı rolü araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla 121 imalat firmasından anket ile veri toplanmıştır. Veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ve process makro yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde örgütsel inovasyonun ürün inovasyon kapasitesi, üretim esnekliği ve üretim çevikliğini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Üretim esnekliği ve üretim çevikliğinin de ürün inovasyon kapasitesini anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. İnovasyona örgütsel desteğin ürün inovasyon kapasitesi üzerindeki etkisinde üretim esnekliği ve çevikliğinin aracı rolü bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
