Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine whether the characteristics of both enterprises and employees using cloud computing technology differ in terms of perception, behavioral intent and usage of cloud computing. Data for the research was collected using surved method between June 2017 and May 2018. All evaluations were performed on 411 questionnaires. According to the findings of the analysis, it is seen that the employees 'behavioral intention regarding cloud computing is differentiated in terms of whether to receive cloud computing training and not to differentiate in terms of employees' age, but in terms of perceived usefulness from cloud training, using cloud computing experience and using average cloud computing. It was found that the employees' perception of ease of use cloud computing was significantly different in terms of the duration of using cloud computing education and the average time using cloud computing. The cloud computing usage behavior differs significantly from cloud training and cloud experience. According to the number of employees, establishment year, sector and capital structure, the perceived usefulness of cloud computing and the use of cloud computing were found to be differentiated. Only in terms of number of employees, the perception of ease of use related to cloud computing is not statistically significant. In addition, it was found that the behavioral intention of cloud computing was not different according to the capital structure of business.

İşletme ve Çalışan Özellikleri Açısından Bulut Bilişim Algısı Farklılaşır Mı?

Year 2019, Volume: 12 Issue: 4, 319 - 331, 29.10.2019
https://doi.org/10.17671/gazibtd.523984
