FERRİTİK-PERLİTİK KÜRESEL GRAFİTLİ DÖKME DEMİRİN ADHESİF AŞINMA DAYANIMI ÜZERİNDE BORLAMA YÜZEY İŞLEMİNİN ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ferritik-perlitik küresel grafitli dökme demir malzemenin adhasif aşınma direnci üzerinde borlamaısıl işleminin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Borlama ısıl işlemi, 960 ºC’de 6 saat Ekabor II borlama malzemesindegerçekleştirilmiştir. Adhasif aşınma testleri disk üzerinde pim tipi aşınma cihazında 60 N yük altında 1 m/snkayma hızında ve 3600 m, 7200 m, 10800 m ve 21600 m kayma mesafesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Adhasifaşınma test sonuçları, borlanmış küresel grafitli dökme demirin adhasif aşınma direncinin, dökülmüş haldekiferritik-perlitk küresel grafitli dökme demirinkine göre 50 kat daha yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir.
