Spor Eğitim Modeli Üzerine Yapılan Araştırmalara İlişkin Bir Bibliyometrik Analiz

Abstract

Spor eğitim modeli 1990’lı yıllarından beri beden eğitimi ve spor eğitimi derslerinde öğretim modeli olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı uzun yıllardır araştırma konusu olan spor eğitim modelinin bibliyometrik özellikler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın yöntemi nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden bibliyometrik analiz deseni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Web of Science veri tabanı kullanılmıştır. 814 çalışmanın dahil edildiği araştırmanın istatistiksel analizleri R (ver. 4.2.2) programlama dilinin bibliyometrix paketi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında spor eğitim modeli üzerine tanımlayıcı bilgilere, en çok yayın yapan yazarlara ve dergilere, spor eğitim modeli ile ilgili en etkili yayın yapan yazarlara ve dergilere, konu üzerine araştırmaların yıllık üretim oranlarına ve sık kullanılan anahtar kelimelere, ilgili konu hakkında iş birliği yapan araştırmacılara, ülkelerin çalışma eğilimlerine ve tematik harita ile spor eğitim modelinin geliştirilmemiş yönlerine yer verilmiştir. Bu araştırma bulguları spor eğitim modeli üzerine en çok çalışma yapan araştırmacının Pater Hestie, konu üzerine en çok yayım yapan derginin Journal of Teaching in Physical Education, en çok kullanılan anahtar kelimenin physical education olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bununla birlikte yapılan tematik harita analizi ile spor eğitim modelinin duyuşsal alan üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi gerektiği belirlenmiş ve birçok konuda yönlendirici sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. İlgili çalışma çıktıları konu hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak isteyen alan uzmanları için faydalı olabilir.

A Bibliometric Analysis of Research Regarding Sports Education Model

Abstract

The sports education model has performed as a teaching model in physical education and sports education lessons since the 1990s. The aim of this study is to examine the sports education model, which has been the subject of research for many years, in terms of bibliometric characteristics. İt used bibliometric analysis design from the quantitative research methods for the study. Web of Science database was preferred as a data collection tool in the research. Statistical analyses, which included 814 studies, were performed with the bibliometrix package of the R (ver. 4.2.2) programming language. Within the scope of the study, descriptive information on the sports education model, the most publishing authors and journals, the most influential authors and journals on the sports education model, the annual production rates of the research on the subject and frequently used keywords, the researchers collaborating on the sportst education model, the working trends of the countries, and the undeveloped aspects of the thematic map were investigated. The findings of the study suggest that Pater Hestie, the researcher who has done the most studies on the sports education model, and the Journal of Teaching in Physical Education has the most publications on the subject, and the most used keyword is physical education. Besides, it was determined that the effect of the sports education model on the affective field should be examined. Guiding results were obtained in many subjects, and related work outputs can be beneficial for field experts who want to know the sport education model.
