The Role Of Job Rotation In Preparing Educational Leaders In The Ministry Of Education In The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia In Light Of Transformational Leadership Theory

Abstract

The study aimed to measure the role of job rotation in preparing educational leaders in the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the transformational leadership theory. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, the sample consisted of (350) employees and leaders. The results of the study showed that the role of job rotation in preparing educational leaders from the point of view of leaders and employees of the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia in light of the transformational leadership theory came to a medium degree. And there were no statistically significant differences (α = 05.0) due to the effect of gender in all fields except for empowerment, and the differences came in favor of females, and there were differences due to the effect of experience in all fields except for motivation and inspiration, and the differences came in favor of each of 10 to less than 20 years and 20 years And more than on the other hand, and there were differences due to the effect of the job title in all fields, and the differences came in favor of the director of public administration.
