Göbeklitepe Eğitim ve Spor Bilimleri Dergisi  (GESD) (e-ISSN: 2980-3071) is the official, periodical, peer-reviewed, open-access scientific publication of Harran University. Our journal, which began its publication life in 2004, has been published as a free and open-access journal for the public; as of the first issue of 2026, it has also included the CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 license in all published articles. It is published twice a year, in June and December, in Turkish or English.

Göbeklitepe Eğitim ve Spor Bilimleri Dergisi  publishes experimental, applied, and theoretical academic studies in the fields of education and sports sciences. Publications are evaluated by at least two reviewers through a double-blind peer review process in terms of original knowledge, ideas, and presentation.
