GESD has adopted an archiving policy that allows authors to deposit and make accessible all versions of their manuscripts, including submitted, accepted, and published versions, in their preferred institutional or subject-based repositories without any embargo period.

The full-text articles published in each issue of the journal are deposited in the National Library’s EYDES system. In addition, all versions of manuscripts throughout the peer-review and publication processes are preserved as submission process files in the DergiPark system. The final published version of each article is made available to readers in accordance with the journal’s open access policy.
