Abstract

Zearalenone (ZEN) is produced bye Fusariums ZEN is indicated to be a Fermentation Ostogenic Materyal (FES) or F-2 toxin. This toxin is appeared to be a similar chemical structure of ostrogenic hormones. Ostrogenism can be seen when the animals are fed with moldy foods.

Abstract

Zearalenon (ZEN) bir küf mantarı olan Fusariumların metabolitidir. Zearalenon; FES (Fermentasyon Östrojenik Madde) veya F-2 toksini adları ile de bilinmektedir. Bu küf metaboliti olmaktan çok hormon benzeri kimyasal yapı göstermektedir. Küflü besinlerle beslenen hayvanlarda; F-2 toksini olarak bilinen ZEN “Östrojenizm” denen hastalığa neden olmaktadır.
