Abstract

Immobilized biocatalysts (enzymes, living and nonliving microorganisms) have recently gained considerable attraction. The advantages of the immobilized enzymes can be stated as follows 1. The stability of the enzyme increases and can be used several times, 2. The purity and the quality of the product increases because the enzyme can be easily separated, 3. It is used in continuous reactor systems.

Abstract

İmmobilize biyokatalizörler (enzimler, canlı ve cansız mikroorganizmalar) son yıllarda gittikçe artan bir ilgi toplamışlardır. İmmobilize enzimlerin avantajları: 1. Enzimlerin kararlılığı artar ve birçok kez kullanma olanağı ortaya çıkar, 2. Reaksiyon ortamında dağılmadığı için ürünlerin saflığı ve kalitesi artar, 3. Sürekli reaktör sistemlerinde kullanılır.
