Abstract
Bu derlemede, laktoz intoleransının oluşumu, dağılımı, laktoz intoleranslarda besin unsurlarının emilmesi ve gıda endüstrisinin laktoz intoleranslara nasıl yardım edebileceği özetlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
