The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on the dimensions of burnout and burnout, and to investigate whether some demographic factors of teachers cause changes in the dimensions of conflict and burnout. The study was conducted for 240 teachers including kindergarten teachers, classroom teachers, branch teachers, vocational teachers, public education center teachers, paid teachers, principals and vice principals in Ankara, Bala District and 225 valid questionnaires were obtained. The data obtained from the participants were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. Frequency Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Linear Regression Analysis, Independent Sample T Test and One Way ANOVA were used. The results reveal that there was a positive and significant relationship between work-family and family-work conflict, conflicts and burnout, and between emotional burnout, low personal accomplishment and depersonalization dimensions of the teachers who helped the study. We observed that family and work-related conflicts affect burnout. As an answer to the questions of whether the conflicts that teachers experience due to work or family are related to each other, to what extent conflicts affect burnout, and whether work-family and family-work conflicts affect the dimensions of burnout in the same degree, the conflicts can be explained with each other. The results also show that all of the problems get worse and eventually result in burnout, and conflicts have an effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.
