Article Evaluation Process
1. The articles sent to our journal are first reviewed by the secretary. After the secretary's review, it is sent to the spelling and language editors.
2. Spelling and language editors make reviews about whether the article is written according to the journal's writing rules. During this process, the author may be asked to edit.
3. After the author has completed the arrangements. The article is sent to the editor by the secretary.
4. During this process, the editor assigns the field editors to the article and the reviews are completed.
5. After the reviews, the editor sends the article to at least 2 blind referees who are experts in their field and work at different universities for evaluation.
6. Referees are given 15 days to evaluate the article. This period may be extended by the editor. In case of disruption and prolongation of the process, new arbitrators may be appointed.
7. As a result of the referee evaluation of the article, the editor may request editing from the author in accordance with the opinions of the referees.
8. In case of the opinion that the author has made the requested edits on the article, it is decided to publish the article. Otherwise, the article will be rejected.
9. In case the opinions of the referees are different on the article, a third referee is appointed to the article by the editor. Depending on the decision of the third referee, the editorial board makes a decision on the publication of the article.
10. Authors can object to the opinions of the referees with the "requirement to show evidence". If this objection is accepted after the review of the editorial board, a different referee's opinion is applied for.
11. If the authors' articles are accepted, the article passes to the final reading stage and the final reading process is performed. If necessary during this process, editing may be requested from the author. After the end of the final reading process, the article is sent to the layout editors and then the publication phase of the article is started.

3. Time alloted for secretary in secretarial stage 10 Days
4. Maximum time for undertaking the article for the editor (Done Checking Stage) 10 Days
5. Maximum time for the editor continuing the process after undertaking an article (At the Editor Stage) 10 Days
6. Maximum time for an article to have a continuation on the process after being ready for decision (Ready for Decision Stage) 7 Days
7. Maximum time alloted for an editor to reach a decision (Waiting for Decision Stage) 7 Days
8. Maximum time for publishing process alloted to editor (Publishing Process Stage) 10 Days
9. Maximum processing time for editing-language, statistics, page layout editor and post editor 15 Days
10. The reply time for the invitation to the author done for operation 7 Days
11. Time alloted for the author to have an operation 15 Days
12. The reply time for the invitation to the peer-reviewer to have an evaluation 7 Days
13. Time alloted for the peer-reviewer for an evaluation 15 Days
