Copyright and Licensing Policy

The Journal of General Turkic Studies (GTTAD) supports the retention of copyright by authors. The author's work is published under the Creative Commons license, granting the journal a license to publish.

The corresponding author, on behalf of all authors, guarantees the following:

a) The submitted manuscript is the original work of the author(s);

 b) All authors have participated individually in this work and take full academic responsibility for it; 

c) Authority has been obtained from all authors to grant GTTAD the right to publish the work;

 d) All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted manuscript; 

e) The manuscript has not been published elsewhere or submitted for publication;

 f) The text, figures, and documents in the manuscript do not infringe the copyrights of third parties.

Copyright and Usage Rights:

1. Author(s) retain the copyright of the manuscript.
2. Author(s) grant GTTAD the right of first publication, including the right to publish, reproduce, print, distribute, and communicate the work to the public via the internet.
3. The manuscript is licensed under the relevant Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC 4.0 or CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) depending on the date of publication. This license allows third parties to use the work by citing the author's original work.
4. Author(s) reserve their intellectual property rights (such as patent rights, etc.) for separate, additional distribution arrangements of the published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), provided that the original publication in GTTAD is acknowledged.
