Monte Carlo Simülasyon Yöntemi ile Dairesel Delikli Ankastre Kirişin Gerilim-Yoğunluk Katsayısına Bağlı Güvenilirlik Analizi

Abstract

Gerilim
yoğunluk katsayısı (SCF), ani geometri değişim bölgesindeki deneysel maksimum
gerilmenin teorik nominal veya referans gerilmeye oranı olarak bilinmektedir.
Son zamanlarda, SCF’nin belirsizlik altında incelenmesi yoğun ilgi gören bir
konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada, rasgele tasarım parametrelerine sahip
dairesel delikli bir ankastre kirişin çekme gerilmesi altında SCF’nin
istatistiksel analizi, deterministik ve stokastik akma dayanımına göre
güvenilirlik analizi ve çıktıların süreklilik gösteren istatistiksel
özelliklerin modellenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın literatüre özgün katkıları
olarak SCF ve nominal gerilmeye ait istatistiksel özelliklerin modellenmesiyle
bilgisayar maliyetinin azaltılabileceği ön görülmüştür. Böylece herhangi bir
ara modele ve yüksek sayıda simülasyona ihtiyaç duymadan doğrudan güvenilirlik
analizi gerçekleştirilebilir ve analiz süresi kısaltılarak bu işlem daha pratik
hale getirilebilir. Ek olarak, ileriki çalışmalarda, burada sunulan stokastik
yaklaşım diğer farklı geometrili ve yüklere tabi kirişlerde de benzer şekilde
uygulandığında belirsizlik altında güvenilir tasarım için elde edilebilecek
genel bir SCF kılavuzu ortaya çıkarılabilir.
